The production process of anti-fog PET plastic sheet mainly includes the following steps:
Raw material preparation: Dry, mix, color and other pre-treatments of PET raw materials.
Extrusion molding: The prepared PET raw materials are melted and plasticized at high temperature, and then extruded into PET sheets through a mold.
Surface treatment: The surface of the PET sheet is hydrophilically modified or nano-coated.
Cooling and shaping: The treated PET sheet is cooled and shaped.
Cutting and packaging: The PET sheet is cut into the required size and packaged for shipment.
