Additionally, our thermoforming grade APET plastic sheets are non-toxic and can be used in direct food contact. It has excellent barrier properties to protect packaged products from external liquids or gases.

APET – Printing Grade
Polyester-based laminates are applied through a sheet-to-sheet lamination process, allowing us to offer our customers unparalleled processing and printing.
In addition to excellent print performance, our APET plastic sheets offer excellent impact strength, minimal crease whitening, and ease of folding and gluing. Suitable for printing sports cards, collection cards, business cards, menus and other products.

Application of APET plastic sheet

Clear APET sheet has good printability, excellent dimensional stability, good surface and barrier properties, and is widely used in packaging.
1. Food packaging: APET coil is in line with FDA food safety standards and is an environmentally friendly material for various food packaging.
2. Blister packaging: commonly used in packaging boxes for toys, accessories, batteries, daily necessities, etc.
3. Medical packaging: commonly used in containers for medical supplies and optical devices.

Strict quality inspection
Adopt advanced testing equipment and management methods to strictly control product quality.

Transport protective packaging
Step 1: Two Flow PE protective films.
Step 2: Outside the PE film, wrap with aluminum foil. Aluminum foil has good heat resistance, water resistance and scratch resistance.
Step 3: Each layer of PET rolls is separated by cardboard to prevent collision.
Step 4: The outer packaging is marked with product specifications and QR codes, which can track the source of product production information.
Step 5: Wrap the outer layer with cardboard, and then wrap it with film to prevent scratches and collisions on the outer package.
Step 6: The top of each pallet is covered with cardboard and the bottom is a non-fumigated wooden pallet.

Shipping method
