What is the difference between conductive PP sheet and conductive PS sheet?

Material properties:

Conductive PP sheet:

  • Lightweight: PP material itself is light and suitable for applications that need to reduce weight.
  • Toughness: PP has good toughness and impact resistance, making it superior in mechanical strength.
  • Chemical resistance: PP has strong resistance to a variety of chemicals and is suitable for chemical and medical applications.

Conductive PS sheet:

  • Transparency: PS has good transparency and can be used for packaging that needs to display content.
  • Rigidity: PS material has good rigidity, but relatively high brittleness and may break under impact.

Conductive properties:

PP materials are relatively more environmentally friendly and are favored for their recyclability and lower environmental impact. PS materials have certain challenges in recycling.

Conductive PP sheets and conductive PS sheets have their own advantages and disadvantages. Choosing the right material requires comprehensive consideration based on the needs, performance requirements and cost-effectiveness of the specific application.
