Description
APET is a blister material. The chemical name of apet is non-crystallized polyethylene terephthalate, which is a kind of blister material. APET blister material polyester sheet, also called polyester hard tape, is a thermoplastic environmentally friendly plastic product. Its side material and waste can be recycled. The chemical elements it contains are carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen like paper, which is a degradable plastic. . After the packaging products made of this material are discarded, they eventually become water and carbon dioxide.
APET has the following advantages:
1. Light specific gravity: PET has a specific gravity of 1.33, PVC has a specific gravity of 1.38, and PET is 3.7% lower.
2. High strength: The strength of PET film is more than 20% higher than that of PVC film, and it has better low-temperature impact resistance. It can withstand -40°C without brittleness. Therefore, it is usually 10% thinner to replace PVC.
3. Good folding resistance. PET film does not show self-cracking creases like PVC, and is more suitable for surface decoration such as documents.
4. PET film has high transparency (PVC film is blueish), especially its gloss is better than PVC film, and it is more suitable for exquisite packaging.
